Srihari shifted to Dolphin Aquatics to train under Mr Nihar Ameen (Dronacharya awardee) in the month of November 2020. Srihari won 4 golds in the karnataka state senior championship in March with 2 new meet records. Srihari won 1 gold in the invitational nationals in March 2021 and created a new national record in the 50M Backstroke. Took part in the Uzbekistan open 2021 – 2 golds. 2 national records, Achieved B qualifying time for Tokyo Olympics. Took part in the Belgrade trophy held in Serbia in June – won two golds. Took part in the sette colli championship in Rome in June – won one silver. Achieved A qualifying time for the Tokyo Olympics and created a national record. Also, First Indian swimmer to win a medal at a high level worldwide tournament. Took part in the Tokyo Olympics 2021 and finished 27th. Took part in the senior state karnataka championships in September and won 5 golds, individual championship and created 3 new meet records. Took part in the senior national Aquatic championships 2021 held in Bangalore and won 9 golds, 1 silver. Created 3 new meet records and became the fastest Indian swimmer currently. Was awarded the ekalavaya award in 2020
