Here are some details we need from you for the conference 

I currently serve as the Senior Program Manager (Program Lead) for Chennai, Teach For India.  

I started my work in the education sector through many volunteering activities until I formally was  accepted to the Teach For India Fellowship in 2014. I did my Fellowship in Mumbai, where I was placed as a full time teacher for grade 8 and  9 students placed in Govandi. Responsible for holistic learning & development,  classroom teaching and pedagogy for these students. Post this I served as a Program Manager in Chennai. Served as manager and coach for  a group of 11 Fellows towards creating individuals who drive excellence in the classroom  and a deep sense of clarity and conviction in the long-term movement. Supported  Fellows through training, facilitating spaces for collaboration, regular classroom  observation, continuous feedback, and coaching cycles. (2016 – 2017) ∙ Since 2017 to present, I have been working as the Program Lead, Chennai. The vertical  is responsible for holistic development of 3500 students from economically weaker  sections in Chennai through full-time teaching, 21st century skill building and leadership  development. Directly involved in coaching and managing a team of Program Managers  towards empowering 90 Fellows (full time teachers) to cultivate long-term leadership in  self as well as students. ∙ I’ve completed by Btech (EEE) from Amrita university, Bangalore.  

I love solo traveling and cooking. My solo trips across the country have always inspired to me to  learn more about people, culture and myself.
