Swati Morzaria is an M. Phil in Business Management who comes with an experience of 20 years in the Corporate and Education sectors. She worked as a Financial Analyst at the beginning of her career at organizations like Citibank and Dell. She stepped into Education in the year of 2011 as a Public Relations Manager at Treamis World School. She rose to the position of Dean at Treamis and in 2014 became the Founder and Director of KARVE SCHOOL in Electronic City. Inclusive Education is something very close to her heart and ideals. She works passionately with children with special needs and neuro diversities. She is a certified Yoga Teacher and has completed her Wellness Training for Schools from Veda Wellness under Mr. Natarajan’s guidance. She is certified in Curriculum Development from the British Council and Basics of Metacognition from the Cambridge International Examination Board. Her dream is to create future leaders by transforming education to meet the holistic needs of children right from early childhood and bring out their fullest potential. She is committed to engaging, supporting, and empowering children as they take ownership of their school experience. Her goal is to cultivate experiential learning opportunities; foster an inclusive and vibrant community, promote positive citizenship and provide age-appropriate value education and life skills for children. She believes this is possible only by being in the classroom as a teacher for the children and a trainer for teachers.
